What to do in the event of an accident

Particulars of the Accident

Particulars of Third Party vehicle involved or other property damaged

• Colour:
• Details of third party insurers (if known):
• Sketch: (If possible make a sketch of the scene with vehicles, road layout etc or take photographs for future reference):

Names and addresses of witnesses
• Independent:
• Passengers: (State if injuries sustained by any such person, and, if so the nature thereof)
• Injured Persons: Give name(s) and addresses of any injured persons (other than occupants of your car)
• Nature of injuries:

People are more important than property, so your first priority should be to check whether anyone is injured and look after them, call for medical help if necessary.

• Make a note of names and addresses of witnesses

• Particulars of accident
• Particulars of third party vehicles
• Make a sketch of the accident scene
• Get third party insurance details
